The Hydrangea course also includes fresh sashimi.The main dish is "Shabu-shabu" made with carefully selected meat and seasonal vegetables.The sesame sauce, which has a wonderful aroma and flavor, and the ponzu sauce, which has a pleasant acidity, are both homemade.Our chef's special homemade sauce will make your shabu-shabu even more enjoyable.
